With a measure issued last 3rd of April 2013, the Bank of Italy has meant to provide guidance for a proper management of the Single Financial Transactions Database (also known in Italy as AUI) and for all those simplified entry procedures, already specified in the article n. 37, subsections 7 and 8, within the Legislative Decree n. 231, issued on 21st November 2007. The latter provision is due to become law from January 2014. Taking into account these new obligations, SADAS has updated both SHERLOCK and SH_DIANA procedures: our latest versions, SHERLOCK 10.0 and SH_DIANA 10.0, are upgraded in order to ensure a correct interpretation of all the new or modified features of the AML records and their temporal contextualization (before/after 1/1/2014). Besides, they are influenced by all the changes that occurred in both the environment and the supply system of our customers’ AUI. The implementation of these new measures has also brought to relevant developments in new features and functions of our applications: extended research keys, navigation, alerts, reports have all been concerned with consistent improvements, with implications on both transaction analysis and diagnostics activities.
