Internships and agreements with universities

Internship activities represent a unique opportunity for the student to get to know the working world directly; the company also benefits from this convention and we know it: since the establishment of the company (and even before) we take research and innovation into great consideration.

Although the primary aim is research, SADAS is committed to the continuity of relations with universities also as a preferential channel for the recruitment of highly qualified employees, in fact so far about 80% of the students who have completed their internship in SADAS have been employed.

Useful Information

It is possible to carry out the internship at the Casalnuovo di Napoli and Milan offices for both Bachelor and Master’s degree students: depending on the agreement, on the instructions of the university tutor and on the project and training objectives, the internship lasts from 3 to 8 months with an average frequency of 30 hours per week. In general, the training project is agreed between the company and the university tutor also in relation to the student’s potential and preferences.
